Saphire Consulting is seeking a senior developer that can transform the business requirements into technical requirements, architect a solution and see through the complete development, testing and deployment cycles. The candidate will co-ordinate with the team and other concerned personnel from the beginning of the job, till its completion.
Position Responsibilities:
- Propose the most appropriate solution according to the objective and put together a Project Plan for it.
- Monitor the progress of the project and take appropriate actions to keep the project on track.
- Recommend software, hardware and any third-party solutions or any relevant requirement, needed for the development.
- On completion of a module/software, run test programs, to identify bugs and help coordinate the resolutions.
- Integrate modules, and identify any future errors that might occur.
- Put together regular status reports
- Train and assist other developers.
Qualifications:
The candidate should at least possess 4 years Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with minimum 3-4 years hands on experience in software development using the following technologies:
- Java/J2EE
- Ajax/JavaScript
- Struts
- Hibernate
- Spring
- Tomcat/ JBoss/ WebSphere Application Server
- MySql
