Background: Must have SAP exposure, its important and candidate must be Leading the IT service desk operations; maintain user computing environment, provide support to onsite/ offsite users on hardware and software related queries; manage a team of desktop support specialists, identify, propose and implement system/ procedural improvements; perform and supervise systems upgrades, installations, and configurations; monitor systems performance.
Qualification: BCS/BS/MS/MCS from first tier universities
