At least 3-5 years of experience with .NET development background using C#.
.Net Developer with SharePoint experience is must

Workflow development experience (WF/Ultimus/Nintex/K2) is an advantage.
Web-based application development experience is a must.        �

Solid knowledge in database concepts and SQL development

Job Description:
·          Translation of business and technical requirements into functional specifications.
·          Responsible for designing, developing and implementing .NET based Web and distributed applications
·          Participate in software development lifecycle including business and technical requirements analysis and software solutions design
·          Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement the solutions
·          Work with design team to implement GUI.
·          Lead the development staff for planning and execution of large-scale technical projects (for senior positions only)
·          Documentation of formal requirements, analysis and technical design documents.
·          Develop test procedures and scripts or code to drive automated software test. Conduct informal and formal software integration testing
·          Conduct unit tests and provide quality assurance feedback

Skills Required:
·          Solid experience of developing web based applications using .Net technologies.
·          Proven programming/development experience in Microsoft .NET using ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET, and/or C#
·          Good analytical skills and clear understanding of architecture designing. Strong Object Oriented concepts and familiarity with OO Design, best design patterns & practices.
·          Proven track record in ERP systems development. Experience in developing systems that utilize a tiered and component approach.
·          Experience in java, PHP programming is a plus.
·          Experience with CMS such as Joomla, Drupal, or Wordpress, is a plus.
·          Understand complex database concepts and effectively employ different database design techniques
·          Strong expertise in SQL queries and ability to design complex analytical queries.
·          Messaging, multithreading, and concurrency mechanisms
·          Good knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and Experience with SQL Server and Stored Procedures.
·          Experience working on Crystal Reports.
·          Experience in ETL, SQL & Query optimization for performance
·          Proficiency in MYSQL,HTML, JAVASCRIPT, XHTML     , DHTML,XML, Web application security and Web 2.0.
·          E-Commerce experience is also required. Knowledge of PayPal, Google Checkout, Payment Gateways will be an added advantage
·          Experience of implementing web services or service-oriented architecture is a strong plus.
·          Social network application development experience is preferred.
·          Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate within the team and with the client
·          Self-motivated and willing team player with good interpersonal skills and get-it-done work attitude.
·          Ability to work both independently and in teams
·          Ability to work under pressure.
